摘要

With the miniaturization of electric and electronic parts of automobiles, bus bar materials for J/B are required of high electrical conductivity and better bend formability than the traditional materials e.g. C2600 etc. Especially, better stress relaxation resistance is also necessary for materials of J/B with female contacts. NB-105 (C19020: Cu-1.0Ni-0.5Sn-0.05P alloy) was developed in such a situation to satisfy all of the above properties. (1) NB-105 has a good combination of mechanical properties and electrical conductivity, e.g. tensile strength: 475N/mm{sup}2, 0.2% proof strength: 460N/mm{sup}2 and electrical conductivity: 50%IACS. (2) NB-105 has good workability, which are suitable for the miniaturization of electric and electronic parts of automobiles. (3) NB-105 has good stress relaxation resistance (e.g. the stress relaxation ratio is less 10% after 1000hours keep at 150°C), stress corrosion cracking resistance and tin plating reliability. (4) NB-105 doesn't contain any harmful elements to health and environment and can be easily recycled.
