摘要

This paper presents absorbing heat transfer performance the special fluted tube as called "DIMPKO"for absorber of absorption chiller system utilizing lithium bromide solution water. The heat transfer testing was done under the conditions of 63wt % concentration of lithiumbromide solution and 0. 8kPa equilibrium pressure. The tested "DIMPKO" tubes have several flute shape pitches. As the test result, the fluted pitch length l00mm of "DIMPKO" tube shows better overall heattransfer coefficient, refrigeration capacity of evaporator and mass transfer coefficient than other flutepitch tubes.The fluted pitch length l00mm tube was observed good holding of lithium bromide solution in thegrooves of flute shape and uniformly wetability on the tube surface.
