Recently there are increasing opportunities for mobile users to use real-time communication services with anyone from any location. SIP services such as Voice over IP and TV conference can be provided to mobile users with IP mobility technologies (e.g. Mobile IPv6). Security threat presumably happens such as spoofing, eavesdropping and message tampering in the case of deployment widely through Internet or/and wireless LAN. However communication quality will be decreased because of latency for key derivation and distribution. In this paper, we propose SKM (Session-based Key Management) mechanism with which dynamic key exchange can be realized easily with SIP secure path in order to exchange media packets securely. In addition, we extend this SKM mechanism to move seamlessly without Return Routability procedure.
