摘要

The fundamental drawback of the conventional structural diagram of the power industry is highlighted. Because of this, in analyzing the efficiency of the power sector of the country we have to use the final energy utilization factor which is overestimated in many times. The need for updating the structural diagram of the power energy is substantiated. In doing so, the power engineering of technology obtains the status of a new field of the power engineering and, at the same time, is considered as a fundamental component (second pole) of the revised structural diagram of the power engineering.
