Changing parameters of microcirculation, coagulogram and morphometry of the nucleolar organizers zone in the epidermis of patients with psoriasis

Findings of morphology, coagulogram and microcirculation in the derma, i.e. pathogenetically significant parameters in the onset and progression of prosiasis, were analyzed for 100 patients with psoriasis. Essential changes were detected, which apparently bring about lesions in the histophysiology of tissue homeostasis.
