The results of application ofhydrometallurgical technology of gold extraction out offlotation concentrates are given. The flow diagramdeveloped by the《Irgiredmet》institute comprises thefollowing main operations: regrinding, sorptionleaching with the use of active coal, desorption ofmetals from saturated coal and electrolytic extractionof gold out of eluates, melting of cathode sediments.Design output parameters (35 t/day) and extraction (94,6precent) were achieved during the first month of theenterprise operation and would be exceeded later on.Thus, gold extraction when its content in startingconcentrate was 100g/t amounted to above 96 precent andthe plant capacity for concentrate waw up to 50 t/day.As a whole, the results of the implementation show highefficiency of the developed technology and itsadvantages in comparison to the earlier version ofsupplying the flotation concentrate to pyrometallurgical processing.
