On Some Problems of Optimal Designing Structural Elements at Random Actions with Regard for Reliability

We consider some problems of optimal designing structural elements at random actions; when solved, these problems make it possible to reduce the problem of optimal design to the solution of an inverse problem, that is, creation of discretely equireliable structural elements (with the use of discrete equireliability principle similar to the principle of discrete equistrength after V.P.Markov).
