Home automation system for senior housing projects

"Silver Housing" condominiums are being built in Japan under government policy to meet the needs of the nation's growing elderly population. MEW has developed a home automation system for these dwellings that will automatically call a supportcenter to request help if the resident becomes seriously ill or has a fall and remains motionless for a certain period. The report introduces this system.
