摘要

Potential chromosome damage due to radiation was diagnosed by identification of abnormalities of mitosis. The results provided evidence that radiation-induced potential chromosome aberrations (PA) were associated with short-term and long-term repairof DNA. The spectrum of PA increased as the radiation dose increased from 24 to 159 cGy. Short-term PA were induced by 24-75 cGy, and higher doses induced predominantly long-term PA.
