In recent years, the relationship between Japan and Korea has continued to deteriorate, and it has been impossible to hold summit talks. Media reports regarding issues between the two countries are also emotionally sensitive, show no positive issues, and there is a sense of obstruction in the relationship between the two countries.On the other hand, research exchange between Japan and Korea in the field of physical fitness and sports medicine has been continuing for along time. Formerly, Korean students used to come to receive education and research instruction in Japan. After returning their home country and becoming researchers, they often continued to interact with Japanese researchers. In recent years, education and research in the field of physical fitness and sports medicine in Korea has been gradually improved, and other types of research exchange is expected in the future.
