クエの種苗生産技術開発と展望

摘要

Longtooth grouper (Epinephelus brune us) belongs to Serranidae, Perciformes, and is distributed from the central part of Japan to East China Sea. The species inhabit rocky costal sea area which grown up over lm TL and 10 kg BW, and is utilized to food material such as a Nabe (soup) and Sashimi (row fish). The species has high commercial value (5,000-10,000 yen /1 kg). Therefore, the species paid attention to a new target aquaculture species and also stock enhancement species due to decreasing the resources. Recently, mass rearing techniques of the species has been markedly developing, I introduce historical technology development, present status, and future prospects.
