立体観察やライブイメ一ジングを目的とした広視野二光子励起光シ一ト顕微鏡

摘要

In light sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM), the excitation laser beam is irradiated on the focal point of the objective in a perpendicular sheet. Here we show the bases, advantages and disadvantages of LSFM, and then introduce the microscopy we developed as a upgrading model of the combination of LSFM and two-photon-excitation fluorescence. The live imaging of a medaka fish is also shown as a observation case.
