摘要

The procedure of computation with PC of working process in the cylinder of steam-air forging hammer is developed. The cylinder is considered as a pneumatic cylinder with complicated regime of filling i.e. discharge or inflow. The equations of drop parts motion for determination of current values of pressure and temperature in upper and lower hollows of the cylinder are obtained. The method enables to choose the rational design parameters of hammer assemblies and control systems on the stage of designing as well as to determine performance characteristics with sufficient reliability.
