Properties of the cast iron welded joints produced through different welding and surfacing methods

摘要

Investigation results of the cast iron welded joints performed using different welding and surfacing methods and their comparative evaluation are given. Based on obtained results restoration technologies using gas and plasma surfacing of cylinder bushings for ship engines are developed and introduced. The known technological processes for some parts types repair in terms of their operation conditions are corrected as well.
