Complex mechanization and automation of the welded metal constructions fabrication for passenger cars bodies of the electrical train

摘要

Results of operations realized at Demikhovo machine-building plant in the field of complex mechanization and automation of the main welded units production for the electrical train are stated. Complex technological lines, cells and utmost modern equipment are described. Its utilization with regard to efficient application of differentiation or concentration method of the operations performed on the working place allowed to reduce considerably labor intensity for carrying out assembly-welding works. Equipment specifications are given.
