摘要

Mathematical model of resistance-spot welding based on solution of the combined set of differential equations of electrical and heat conduction and set of equations of thermoelasticity and plasticity is developed. It takes into account technological factors of this process and materials properties. Comparative operational analysis of electrodes made of copper and novel age-hardening composite in Cu-Al-Ti-C-O system is performed.
