摘要

Interleaving boost converter is widely employed recently for its high power density and high efficiency. To further reduce the volume and the copper usage of the magnetic components, a multi-phase interleaved boost converter with a coupled inductor is implemented. However, DC-biased magnetization is a drawback of integrated magnetic components because of the unbalanced inductor average currents. In this paper, the DC-biased magnetization effect of a non-coupled inductor, loosely coupled inductor are investigated, respectively. A DC flux cancellation winding scheme with the consideration of unbalanced inductor average currents is proposed. The proposed method reducing the DC-biased effect is verified by experiment in a 1kW interleaving boost system.
