A video object segmentation using watershed algorithm and optical flow

摘要

In recent years, object based coding one of the new video coding, attracts attentions. Dividing a picture into some objects and coding by object reduction of redundant information can be attained. To do so it is necessary to divide a picture into meaningful objects. In this paper, a video object segmentation using the intensity and motion information on image is studied.
