Associations Seek Comment on Industry Standard

PDCA and the Society of Protective Coatings are seeking comment on a new proposed standard, "Standard Procedure for Evaluating Qualifications of Painting Contractors Who Apply Architectural Paints and Coatings."The proposed standard is a joint effort of both associations to develop a method for evaluating the qualifications of painting contractors who apply architectural coatings on commercial or institutional structures and to define a minimum standard for qualification.
