摘要

A kinetic method was developed for the determination of impurities down to a level Of 2 X 10~(-6), wt% after preconcentration by the low-temperature oriented crystallization of salt-water eutectics of alkali halides. The complexation of aluminum with Xylenol Orange catalyzed by carbonate ions was used as the.indicator reaction. The effect of the concentrations of test halides, temperature, and acidity on the rate of the catalyzed reaction was studied.
