中性子反射率による磁性多層膜の磁気構造評価

摘要

The characterization of the magnetic interface structure in magnetic multilayers is important for producing good magnetic devices, because the device properties strongly depend on the structure. In this report, we review a polarized neutron reflectometry for analyzing the magnetic interface structure and describe the future prospects of neutron experiments.
