The reinfiltration is a common phenomenon in fractured reservoirs and severely influence production rate. Despite the efforts made to study the reinfiltration process experimentally or theoretically, still there is not a comprehensive study that investigates all the affecting parameters. In this paper, a new approach to specify the reinfiltrated oil into the matrix block and drained oil from the matrix block in a commercial simulator has been introduced. Moreover, a new dimensionless parameter showing the degree of reinfiltration has been defined. Then, by using the proposed simulation method, the impact of different reservoir parameters has been examined. The investigated parameters are: porosity, permeability, matrix block dimensions, matrix and fracture compressibility, rock type and different type of reservoir's fluids. Finally, the grey relational analysis (GRA) was used to determine factors that have a significant influence on reinfiltration process. Results show that matrix block permeability-porosity factor has the highest impact on reinfiltration process.
