It was on TV, so it must be so: Vaccines cause autism. And who needs vaccines, anyway? Deadly diseases are a thing of the past. Why would I expose my kid to something that might give her whooping cough? Or polio? Or the notion that she can be promiscuous? Oh, and while we're on the subject, Roger Clemens said a vaccine made Andy Pettite "misremember," some blogger said vaccines are a secondary cause of global warming, and I have even heard that they can turn people into werewolves when the moon is full.
