First Australian Resources (FAR) has issued a tender for drilling project management for a well offshore Kenya planned for later this year. The firm is operator of the L-6 block in the Lamu Basin which ranges from onshore to a water depth of 1,150ft (350m). It shot new 3D last year and said that "the high quality fast track data are very encouraging and provide further technical support for the previously identified Tembo and Kifaru prospects".
