The dispute over the drilling of a deepwater well off Guinea later this year has deepened with legal action now being brought against Tullow and Dana Petroleum. Original operator Hyperdynamics said it has been forced to reluctantly start the legal action as the larger partners are refusing to move forward with drilling activities for the commitment well which is due by this September.
