Anadarko adds in Cote d'Ivoire neighbouring FPSO appraisal

Anadarko is preparing to drill a final appraisal well on its deep-water Paon discovery off Cote d'lvoire next quarter and is so encouraged by the geology that it has quietly signed up for another neighbouring block. Block CI-527 has now been added to the company's portfolio in the country. It covers l,038sq km to the south of CI-103 which contains Paon and now joins this together with the company's CI-528 and 529 further to the south.
