Eni is preparing to award Yinson the FPSO for its deepwater project off Ghana within weeks. The victory would not only be Yin-son's first win in West Africa, justifying its purchase of Fred Olsen Production, but also be the first time that Modec has not won an FPSO deal in Ghana.
