Shell's sale of four blocks onshore Nigeria continues to rumble on well past even the extended deadlines with only two consortia completing so far and the European major offering to lend money in order to close the deals. The two that have executed sales and purchase agreements are Crestar for OML 25 and the Pan Ocean/Newcross consortium for OML 24. This leaves the Aiteo/Taleveras consortium which won OML 29 and Mart/Midwestern for OML 18.
