Bowleven has farmed down its acreage onshore Cameroon where two wells will be drilled later this year to private held Africa Fortesa Corp. The latter, which owns Africa Onshore Drilling, will earn a 20% interest in the Bomono permit in return for drilling two wells at cost. This is expected to cost Bowleven, which will retain 80% in the block, between $13m to $15m. Unlike its deal for the Etinde permit (see story pg 3), it will retain operatorship.
