ABT grows marginal field solution consortium

ABT Oil and Gas has signed up "value engineers" Apollo Offshore to join the Marginal Field Delivery consortium. The agreement adds Apollo to Kongsberg Maritime and Braemar ACM Shipping as members of the consortium targeted at the delivery of marginal field projects. ABT is already working with Apollo on its current solutions and on expanding in both fixed and tethered solutions, with the aim of keeping capex as low as reasonably practicable while ensuring that any solution will be able to be normally unattended thereby keeping opex to a minimum.
