A leased FPSO project off Gabon looks to be on the cards after Harvest Natural Resources made another oil discovery off Gabon. The US independent has been looking at adding reserves to the existing 2012 Ruche Marin discovery on the Dussafu Marin block and previously said that even a "modest success" will be enough to finalise the FPSO project.
