摘要

This article describes the existing protocol on trichinosis among animals intended for human consumption (especially wild boar and horse) as dicussed by the Working Group on Food Hygiene and Foods of Animal Origin Experts in Germany during 2009. The contents of the regulations are presented. Some incidences of meat contamination with Trichinella in the region are cited.
