Comparison and Satisfaction of Injured Management System for Students Athlete in the Sport Federations

This research studied the satisfaction of Iranian universities' physical education managers from the Sports Medicine Federation Services provided for the injured athlete students. The present study is survey research, and a questionnaire was used for data collection. In order to have a questionnaire with appropriate validity level, appropriate questions approved by academic experts and professors were used, and to assess the satisfaction of managers, the validity coefficient of the questionnaire was calculated as 0/70 by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population included physical education managers at the universities of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The questionnaire was distributed among the managers of physical education in 58 universities of the country and 48 questionnaires received and the data was extracted. In this regard, descriptive and inferential statistics, especially the Spearman Correlation Coefficient and regression were used to analyze the collected data. Based on the results of the data analysis, there was a significant relationship between the satisfaction of physical education managers and variables such as indemnity, employees' communication, the speed of providing service, suitable coverage insurance, and full coverage insurance. This is while there was no significant relationship between satisfaction of managers and notification of services. Moreover, based on the results of multivariable analysis of data, two variables of compensation and employees' communication had the highest relationship with the satisfaction of physical education managers.
