In India most of the people have bikes rather than the car, because of its easiness and minimal cost. Recent research in the smart helmet lead to more safety, that the user cannot start a bike without wearing a helmet. The smart Interactive helmets possess the facility to record theimportant instructions or guidelines which could help the rider in his every day journey. The helmet is assisted with the GPS technology which could warn the person about the hurdles in the route taken. First time the rider should store all the information required by pressing the start button,like the inadequate roads, pits in the road and worst road condition, next time when the person passes the same zone he will be warned with the stored messages. The helmet unit can also record the important places like office, restaurant, temples etc. In this work a third unit is includedto enhance the safety factor which could warn the user to slow down the riding speed by detecting the other vehicles before and near them. This unit is present in the mudguard, which senses the nearby object or other vehicles and transfers the signal to the helmet unit. This unit in turn slowsdown the running music and produce a beep sound which warns the user about the nearby vehicle and to slow down his driving speed, when the user reaches any vehicles very closely, it produces continues beep sound. The user can also store the route map, as an audio file where it can be usedby others for travelling in the same route. The user can include and delete any item of his choice. This can increase the safety and authentication of the riders. The authentication can also be verified using voice or biometric.
