Comprehensive Evaluation of Land Use Benefit Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

With lands as research objects, in this paper, a land use comprehensive benefit evaluation index system oriented by economic, social and ecological benefit was constructed, every index weight was determined via principal component analysis, and on this basis, the comprehensive evaluation results of land use benefit on this research area were obtained by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that, on the one hand, the ecological and economic benefits of lands in this area should be further improved, and the land use management and the ecological protection should be strengthened in the future; on the other hand, the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in land use comprehensive benefit evaluation process is feasible.
