摘要

Wireless sensor networks (WSN) are a type of Mobile Adhoc Network with some constraints like limited resource. Sensor network nodes are non-tamper resistant so any one can get the copy (replicate) of the nodes and they will try to attack the network been formed. Similarly as the nodes in the sensor network are tiny in size the algorithm designed for the sensor network should be efficient with less memory occupancy, little power consumption for the communication, little overhead etc., So taking these factors into consideration in this paper various replica detection algorithms designed for WSN are discussed along with its parameter. Nowadays WSN are used in almost all applications like military application, home automation and in many hostile environments so it is important to know about various algorithms and its drawbacks. Security is a main issue to be considered while the algorithms are designed considering the constraints of the sensor network.
