摘要

Web services have emerged as a commanding tool for building complex and adaptive systems in heterogeneous environments. It simplifies the procedure by describing a consistent mechanism to define, discover, and connect with online applications based on open standards. Web services areno longer attached to the services registries nowadays and identifying the suitable services for specific applications is a very tedious task to the user. One can discover web services through the search engines, but there are enormous inactive services are available throughout the web. Hencea proper validation mechanism is needed to identify the availability of the active web services. The contribution in this paper involves (i) To find the available web services from the various registries by building a web service search engine (ii) To investigate the availability of web serviceswith their QOS values (iii) To validate the active web services from the inactive services for further Invocation.
