Golar hopes to sign a head of terms agreement for a potential multi-vessel FLNG project in West Africa in the middle of this year with strong rumours that Kosmos is the operator. The vessel provider has closed a deal for one vessel for Pe-renco off Cameroon and hopes to conclude a second deal for Ophir's Fortuna project off Equatorial Guinea in the middle of the year.
