NCLT APPROVES RESOLUTION PLAN FOR RAMSARUP GROUP

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the resolution plan for a bankrupt Ramsarup Group, Metal Expert learnt from the company’s stock exchange filings. By a vote of 74.41% of the voting share the Сommittee of Сreditors has chosen a consortium of a mining and quarrying company S S Natural Resources and Shyam Sel And Power, an electric products manufacturer as a preferred bidder.
