China’s Guilin Pinggang Iron and Steel has placed an order with UK’s Primetals Technologies for supplyof a full package of mechanical and electrical process equipment for an EAF Quantum (120 t) and a LFwithin the construction of a plant near Guilin, Guangxi province, according to the supplier’s press release.
