In the coming days, the Bolivian government expects to receive the first tranche for the construction of Empresa Siderurgica del Mutun (ESM) in Puerto Suarez, German Busch Province of Santa Cruz Department, Metal Expert learnt from the state-run publications. “We have already made an initial payment of USD 1.98 million for administrative commissions within the credit agreement,” commented Cesar Navarro, the Minister of Mining Industry of Bolivia. The funds were paid to the Export-Import Bank of China (Eximbank).
