THE 2017-2018 AHIMA House of Delegates (House) has been active this year-working with Practice Councils, discussing professional issues, and focusing on the future trends in healthcare. Specific professional issues were discussed at the House meeting held in Los Angeles, CA during the 2017 AHIMA Annual Convention and Exhibit, and further work is underway on these topics. Additionally, the House's Envisioning Collaborative Team has virtual meetings three times a year to discuss healthcare trends and develops the annual Environmental Scan Report for AHIMA.
