Global oil prices rallied after Saudi Arabia halted crude shipments through the narrow Bab al-Mandab strait at the mouth of the Red Sea after two of its tankers were attacked by Yemeni Houthi rebels. The disruption comes as Saudi Arabia is ramping up exports in a bid to offset outages in fellow Opec members Iran, Libya and Venezuela.
