Rapid Proofing

Have you wished you could quickly and inexpensively "proof" your designs? That is, run your G-code to verify that your toolpaths are reasonable, that there are no fixturing issues, and that the resultant item will nicely fit the hand. Why not just cross your fingers and test mill the actual material for your project? A large lump of aluminum, or worse, titanium, is expensive! Many difficult to machine materials take almost forever to cut and long runs dull your cutters. Plus, we all know what happens when we run G-code with incorrect lengths entered in the tool table.
