Unless you have a 3D printer in your shop, you've probably never seen anything like the action camera mount in Photo 1, because nobody ever exhibits failed parts. Conversely, if you do have 3D printer, you'll immediately recognize a classic "bird's nest" formed when apart detaches from the platform in mid-print and flops around while the nozzle extrudes plastic in mid-air.
