摘要

The second edition of the European Association for Cancer Research (EACR) conference in immuno-oncology took place in the modernist building of La Pedrera in Barcelona, Spain. The meeting covered some of the most recent advances in the field of cancer immunotherapy, with presentations ranging from basic science to clinical studies. The discussed topics included tumor resistance to immunotherapy, new approaches to use or combine current drugs, the relationship between microbiome and anticancer immune responses, and the microenvironment's role in protecting tumors from immune system attack.
