Wiener distance Matrix foralkanes

摘要

The Wiener index wasproposed for the description of dependences of the physicochemcial properties of alkanes on their structure [1,2].It takes the maximum value for the unbranched isomers and decreases with increasing branching.later,it was demonstratedthat this index is relatedto the distance matrix of the graph and can be expressed as the half-sum of all its elements.
