摘要

A LOT OF MY best memories have something to do with fishing. I remember bass fishing with my dad and Uncle Tom. We would usually keep the big ones and throw the little ones back for "seed." Then there was fishing with my grandmother. When I was with her, we never threw anything back. Did you know that carp actually are not half bad if fixed right? You just soak the meat for two days in vinegar, rub it with lemon juice, wash it with buttermilk, season it with lots of spices, cover it with bread crumbs, and fry it well done in peanut oil. Of course, that would probably make my hiking boots taste pretty good, too.
