摘要

The powders of the Fe_(93.28)Si_(6.72) soft magnetic system and the Nd_2Fe_(14)B hard magnetic system were mixed, pressed and finally sintered at 300, 400 and 500 °C. The powder chosen for the soft phase (Fe_(93.28)Si_(6.72)) used was the one milled with a surfactant for 48 h and the hard phase powder was the original commercial powder without milling. The sintered samples were characterized by XRD, M?ssbauer spectrometry and VSM. After this characterization, the sample with the best magnetic behavior, with a larger coercive field and saturation magnetization, was the one treated at 500 °C, however, none of the treated samples showed a perfect ferromagnetic coupling between the soft and hard phases.
