It built its highest number of homes in nine years, delivering 17,395 in the year to 30 lune. Chief executive David Thomas says the company has a "healthy forward order position" for 2018. "We continue to expect to deliver modest growth in wholly owned completions, with affordable completions representing a similar proportion as FY17."
